How to orawrap

the ultimate guide to orawraps

Step 1. Prepare Your Smile

Brush & floss your teeth before use for best adhesion. If gunk is present your wrap won't stick.

Step 2. Unwrap A Wrap

Peel back seal of orawrap pack to reveal your wraps. Tip - store wraps in Floofpod case for on the go.

Step 3. Apply Whitening Shot [optional]

Apply 3–6 small drops of Whitening Shot Gel to the bottom of the tray ONLY. Do not apply to top edges as they must remain dry and sticky.

Step 4. Dry teeth & Apply

Smile wide and dry teeth with tissue or gauze. Keep smiling and apply wrap sticking front surfaces down first, then wrapping behind.

Step 5. Wait for results...

Do 1-2 cycles of 30-60mins a day based on your sensitivity and tolerance level. DO NOT SLEEP IN YOUR WRAPS. Once your cycle has completed, remove and rinse mouth.

Keep your chompers white.

For best results, avoid strongly coloured foods and drinks for at least 2–4 hours after whitening [or just have them through a straw - we won't tell]

Directions For Use

OraWrap™ is designed as a 7–14 day intensive whitening treatment. Use once daily for 30–60 minutes only. Do not wear for longer than directed.

  1. Brush and dry your teeth before use for best adhesion.
  2. Remove one OraWrap™ from its protective packaging.
  3. Apply 3–6 small drops of Toothfloof Teeth Whitening Shot to the base/centre of the tray only, where the wrap contacts the tooth surface.
  4. Do not apply gel along the edges of the wrap. The edges must remain dry and sticky so the OraWrap™ can properly grip and seal around the teeth.
  5. Place the OraWrap™ over your teeth and gently press into position.
  6. Wear for 30–60 minutes. Do not sleep in the wrap.
  7. Remove and discard after use. Rinse mouth gently with water.
  8. Repeat daily for 7–14 days, depending on your desired whitening result and sensitivity level.

The Toothfloof Teeth Whitening Shot is designed to activate the inactive dry gel matrix within OraWrap™, helping the whitening actives spread evenly across the tooth surface for a cleaner, more intensive whitening treatment.

How Long Do Results Last?

OraWrap™ results may last around 3–6 months and can last for several months, depending on your natural tooth shade, diet, oral hygiene, and lifestyle habits. For longer-lasting results, avoid heavy staining foods and drinks, maintain regular brushing and dental cleans, and complete occasional maintenance treatments as needed. Whitening is not permanent, so results may gradually fade over time, especially with frequent coffee, tea, red wine, smoking, or vaping.

Can I use OraWrap™ while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Avoid teeth whitening whilepregnant or breastfeedingunless your dentist or healthcare professional advises otherwise.

Can I eat or drink while wearing OraWrap™?

No. Do not eat, drink, smoke, or vape while wearing OraWrap™. This may interfere with adhesion, dilute the whitening actives, or increase irritation.

Things to Avoid While Using Wraps

Do not overfill the tray. More gel does not mean better results and may increase gum irritation or sensitivity.

Keep the wrap edges dry. Gel on the edges may reduce stickiness and cause the wrap to lift, slide, or seal poorly.

Do not use for longer than 60 minutes per session.

Do not use while sleeping.

Do not use on loose teeth, untreated decay, active gum disease, ulcers, wounds, or after recent dental surgery unless cleared by your dentist.

Avoid teeth whitening while pregnant or breastfeeding unless advised otherwise by your dentist or healthcare professional.

Discontinue use if you experience burning, significant sensitivity, gum irritation, or discomfort.

How to activate the Gel Matrix in Orawrap Trays?

Toothfloof Teeth Whitening Shot activates the inactive dry gel matrix inside OraWrap™. Once activated, the whitening actives spread across the tooth surface to help brighten stains and improve overall whitening performance.

Why do the edges need to stay dry?

The edges of OraWrap™ are designed to stay dry and sticky so they can grip and seal around your teeth. If Whitening Shot is applied to the edges, the wrap may lose adhesion, lift, slide, or seal poorly.

What should I avoid after whitening?

For best results, avoid strongly coloured foods and drinks for at least 2–4 hours after whitening. This includes coffee, tea, red wine, cola, curry, soy sauce, tomato-based sauces, dark berries, and smoking or vaping.

Can OraWrap™ cause sensitivity?

Some temporary sensitivity can occur with teeth whitening. If this happens, reduce your wear time to 30 minutes, use OraWrap™ every second day, or pause treatment until sensitivity settles.

How should I store unused OraWraps?

Keep unused OraWraps sealed in their packaging until you are ready to use them. If you have opened or stacked your wraps, store them in the Toothfloof storage tray case to help protect the dry gel matrix and keep them clean.
