We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia:

• Standard Shipping – Approx $9* (3–7 business days)
• Express Shipping – Approx $14.45* (1–3 business days)
• Free Shipping – Individual Orders over AUD 100
  

*Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and any carrier delays by Australia Post. The cost of shipping is dependent on weight.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 Shipping Carriers

We primarily use Australia Post for reliable and trackable deliveries. In some cases, we may use alternate trusted couriers depending on your location.

Delivery Locations

We currently ship to all addresses within Australia, including PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, and rural or remote areas.

Shipping Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure prompt delivery, unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to weather events, postal strikes, or high-volume periods (e.g. holidays). We’ll keep you updated and work with you if there are any issues.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING [Peroxide containing products]

We currently offer international shipping of peroxide products to selected countries only. PAP only products do not have strict regulations and are accessible to all international customers. Available shipping destinations may change from time to time depending on carrier availability, customs requirements, and checkout shipping rate availability.

International Shipping Destinations

We currently ship peroxide based products to selected international destinations including New Zealand, United States, and Australia.

If your country does not appear at checkout, this means shipping is not currently available to your location.

International Shipping Rates

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout where available, based on your delivery country, parcel weight, and available carrier services.

For selected destinations, shipping may be calculated using Australia Post MyPost Business international services, including International Post Standard and International Post Express where available.

United States Shipping

United States orders are handled separately due to current US customs and duty requirements.

US shipping rates may include a customs/duties processing buffer so that required import duties, customs processing, or postal clearance charges can be managed before your parcel enters the United States.

At checkout, US customers may see weight-based shipping rates such as:

• Small Parcel: 0–250 g

• Standard Parcel: 251–500 g

• Large Parcel: 501 g–1 kg

The exact shipping fee will be shown at checkout before payment.

Duties, Taxes and Customs

International customers are responsible for ensuring that Toothfloof products can be imported into their country.

For non-US international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, or other local charges imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or standard shipping rates unless clearly stated at checkout.

For US orders, certain customs/duties processing charges may be built into the US shipping rate where required. However, any additional customs charges, import requirements, or fees imposed by local authorities remain the responsibility of the customer.

Toothfloof is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, import checks, incomplete customs information, or local delivery disruptions.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your country, selected shipping method, customs processing, and carrier availability.

General estimates:

• Australia Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
• Australia Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
• International Standard Shipping: approximately 5–15 business days
• International Express Shipping: approximately 3–10 business days
• United States Shipping: approximately 5–15 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Customs delays may extend delivery times.

Tracking

Where available, tracking will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take time to appear, especially for international orders.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Toothfloof is not responsible for parcels delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to pay customs charges, or non-collection, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping fees, re-shipping fees, or carrier charges.

Restricted Products and Import Rules

Toothfloof products are intended for personal use. International customers are responsible for checking their local laws, customs rules, dental/whitening product regulations, and import restrictions before ordering.

If your order is rejected, delayed, seized, returned, or destroyed by customs due to your country’s import rules, Toothfloof is not responsible for any resulting loss, delay, fee, or non-delivery.
